Well it requires you to be referred by some admin, but it looks like you are a good guy. But you need to wait a little for the opinions of other members. And yeah never /ban without /warn or /kick.

It should be like

/warn-3 time
/kick-4th time

and /ban-5th time (currently don't ban, as Borrring said, we don't have much players.)

Rest on the other members.
